Testosterone is a key hormone in sperm production, so this pattern lines up well with the supplementation findings.

Taken together, this is a fairly consistent picture: omega-3 fatty acids — whether from a fish-rich diet or supplementation — appear to genuinely support male fertility, particularly for men with lower sperm counts.
